When screw pump is put into production, low submergence would cause the rotor worn in the stator, resulting in the rubber falling off the stator to damage the screw pump. The technology for preventing evacuation in screw pump wells can keep the lifting equipment in screw pump wells working under good condition, which can monitor and control the dynamic fluid level of pumping production wells automatically; adjust the rotary speed in real time; and realize the intelligent adjustment of parameters in screw pump wells, so as to keep stable and reasonable submergence while running the screw pump. The matching technology for preventing evacuation has been used in 10 screw pump wells in the field application, average submergence was recovered by 61 meters per well; electric power consumption for one ton liquid to lift 100 meters was reduced by 0. 28 k W·h; system efficiency increased by2. 79%, which effectively avoided the evacuation in four wells with the submergence being less than 100 meters in the screw pump wells. Field test showed that the matching technology could avoid the evacuation in screw pump wells, and have prolonged the screw pump maintenance cycle.
