摘要
高效节能是空调冷水机组的主要发展方向。本文介绍了一种新型的永磁直驱磁悬浮离心式制冷压缩机,包括离心压缩机、超高速永磁电机、主动磁轴承的原理。对离心压缩机的性能曲线、失速和喘振原理做了重点介绍,分析了无油循环的节能效益。
The high efficiency and energy saving technology are the main tendency of the water chiller developing.In this paper,a new refrigeration compressor with active magnetic bearings and PMSM has been introduced,especially the principle of centrifugal compressor,PMSM and AMB.This paper emphatically introduces the performance map of centrifugal compressor,also the principle and phenomenon of stall and surge,investigates the benefits of oilless circulation in brief.
