基于四苯基乙烯的高效率聚集诱导发光材料的合成及光电性质

摘要
具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)特性的发光材料由于其优异的发光性能,能够作为发光层制作高性能非掺杂OLED器件。我们通过在四苯基乙烯(TPE)上引入空穴传输基团三苯胺基团和/或电子传输基团苯并咪唑基团,设计合成了两种具有优异热稳定性的TPE衍生物(TPE-TPAPBI和TPE-DPBI)。实验研究结果表明,这两种TPE衍生物都具有AIE特性,其固态薄膜的荧光量子产率接近100%,而且电子迁移率可媲美甚至优于典型的电子传输材料TPBi。由于其高的电子迁移率和电荷传输的平衡,基于TPE-TPAPBI的OLED器件取得了优越的性能,最大亮度高达125300 cd/m~2,与此同时,它的最大电流效率、功率效率和外量子效率分别达到了16.8cd/A,14.6 lm/W和5.8%,并且只有很小的效率滚降,是一类优异的电致发光材料。
Luminescent materials with aggregation-induced emission(AIE) characteristics exhibit great potential in fabricating high-performance nondoped OLEDs.Herein,we designed and synthesized two thermally stable tetraphenylethene derivatives(TPE-TPAPBI and TPE-DPBI) functionalized with triphenylamine and/or benzimidazole groups.Experimental results show that both luminogens possess AIE characteristics with fluorescence quantum yields approaching 100%in sohd films.Their electron mobilities are comparable or even superior to that of 1,3,5-tris(phenyl-2-benzimidazoly1)benzene(TPBi).Thanks to the high electron mobility and good charge balance,nondoped OLED device employing TPE-TPAPBI as active layer performs outstandingly,affording remarkably high luminance of 125300 cd m~(-2),and excellent maximum current,power and external quantum efficiencies of 16.8 cd A~(-1),14.6 1m W~(-1) and 5.8%,respectively,with very small roll-offs.
