基于可视化技术的数字化规程功能界面研究

摘要
随着数字化、信息化、自动化技术的高速发展,数字化仪控系统和先进的数字化主控室设计已广泛应用到核电项目。一方面,为了满足与核电厂经济性和安全性密切相关的正常运行(包括系统和总体运行)任务要求;另一方面,为了充分发挥数字化核电厂的优势,需开展数字化正常运行规程功能要求的人机界面研究,以便充分利用计算机处理信息的优势,使主控室操纵员可以非常灵活地查询和处理信息。友好且有效的功能要求人机界面,能显著提高数字化正常运行规程的执行效率、增强规范操作步骤、管理操作历史和操作智能提示等功能,保证核电厂安全、可靠、经济的运行。
Digital Control System(DCS)and advanced digital Main Control Room(MCR)are used in the Nuclear Power Plants(NPPs)universality along with the computerization,informationization and robotization technology swift development.On the one hand,in order to meet the normal operation(including the system and general operation) task related to the NPP's economical efficiency and safety,on the other hand,to attain the objective of making full use of the DCS's advantages,the studies of function requirements human-machine interface based on computerized normal operating procedures should be taken place.The main object is to make the operators search and manage the information expediently.The friendly and effective function requirement human-machine interface could increase the implementation efficiency,standardize the operating steps,manage the operating histories and make the intelligent warning evidently while processing the computerized normal operating procedures,so that the NPPs safety,stability and economy could be regarded.
