磁性多壁碳纳米管固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定水中杂环类农药

摘要
杂环类农药为近年来发展最为迅速的一类农药,因其高效、低毒、残留量低而在市场上占有很高的份额。尽管杂环类农药在农业生产中发挥着重要作用,但当农作物大量施用该类农药后,残留的农药可通过地表径流进入水体,对人类产生毒害~([1])。因此,加强对水中杂环类农药的监测日益重要。磁固相萃取是在传统的固相萃取的基础上发展而来的新型萃取技术,磁性材料的选择和制备成为该技术的关键。磁性多壁碳纳米管~([2-3])具有碳纳米管高比表面积、良好的化学、机械稳定性和热稳定性等优点,并且经多种官能团功能化后,适用于多种类型化合物的富集,同时具备磁性纳米粒子的超顺磁性,通过外加磁场很容易地从溶液中分离出来。本文建立了一种基于磁性多壁碳纳米管固相萃取、高效液相色谱法定量分析环境水样中6种杂环类农药(吡虫啉、三唑酮、氟虫腈、氟硅唑、溴虫腈、唑螨酯)的分析检测方法,方法检出限在0.01~0.027μg/L之间,实验表明该方法高效、灵敏、准确、操作简便、实用性强。
Heterocyclic pesticides are the fastest-growing type of pesticides in recent years because of their high efficiency,low toxicity,low residue.Although they play an important role in agricultural production,residues of pesticides still do harm to mankind,after a lot of use of pesticides.Therefore,strengthening the monitoring of heterocyclic pesticides in water is becoming increasingly important.Magnetic solid phase extraction is a new extraction technology.Magnetic materials are the key of this technology.Magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotubes has the advantages of carbon nanotubes and magnetic nanopaticals at the same time and can enrich various types of compounds.A kind of magnetic solid phase extraction using magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotubes coupled with HPLC-DAD method was developed for the determination of six types of heterocyclic pesticides in environmental water samples.The experimental results demonstrated that this method has high sensitivity and repeatability,simplicity,rapidity,and excellent practical applicability.
