芦荟活性多糖的提取工艺研究

摘要
芦荟具有许多重要的药用价值,被誉为"植物界的药房"。针对芦荟中的多糖类活性物质,以醇沉法和微波-超声波辅助法除杂,继以超声波辅助法提取芦荟多糖。采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖含量。考察料液比、提取时间以及超声功率对提取效率的影响,以单因素实验法和正交实验法,优化芦荟多糖的提取工艺。最佳提取条件为:料液比1:40,提取时间50min,超声功率700W,在此条件下所得芦荟多糖含量为0.87mg/g,所得芦荟多糖提取液具有一定的抗氧化活性。
Aloe has been called "the pharmacy of flora" which has many unique medical values.Polysaccharides is one of the most important bioactive ingredients in aloe.The extraction method of polysaccharides from Aloe vera gel was investigated.The ethanol precipitation and microwave-ultrasonic assisted extraction for removing impurities and subsequent ultrasonic assisted extraction for extraction of polysaccharides from Aloe vera gel was applied.Then the effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,and ultrasonication power on extraction efficiency of polysaccharide were studied.The content of polysaccharide was determined by Anthrone-sulphuric acid method.According to the results of single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,the optimum extraction condition is described as follow:1:40(m/v) of solid-liquid ratio,60 min of extraction time,and 700 W of ultrasonic power.Under optimized condition,the extraction efficiency is 0.87mg/g of polysaccharides concentration.The extracted aloe polysaccharides showed certain antioxidant activity.
