高磷铁水的复吹转炉高效脱磷与高拉碳工艺研究与实践

摘要
从理论和技术的角度分析了转炉高拉碳操作与铁水磷的高效脱除。提出"双渣法"在转炉冶炼前期高效脱磷,脱磷渣排出,冶炼后期少渣高拉碳操作的操作工艺。在渣料消耗与渣量降低20%的前提下,120t复吹转炉的工艺试验实现脱磷率94.72%,终点出钢碳0.232%。
Analysis on efficient dephosphorization and catch carbon process was made,from the point of theory and technology.View of which makes the efficient dephosphorization and catch carbon process in a single converter available was proposed,followed as efficient dephosphorization during the dephosphorization stage,pour-out of dephosphorization slag,less slag and catch carbon process of decarbonization stage.Trail experiments were made on 120 t converter,dephosphorization rate of 94.72%and end point carbon of 0.232%were got,under the background of the slag amount and slag material assumption reduced by 20%.
