轴承钢生产工艺优化与控制

摘要
本文结合转炉/电炉→LF→真空处理→软吹→连铸各工序特点,利用夹杂物示踪、系统取样、扫描电镜等检测手段,系统研究了轴承钢冶炼过程夹杂物数量、尺寸、形貌、成分的变化,系统分析了整个冶炼过程的氧、氮含量变化,同时测试与优化了连铸结晶器、末端电磁搅拌电磁特性、铸坯温度分布与偏析情况。通过工艺试验、过程管理等手段,优化了夹杂物、气体含量、偏析的工艺控制,彻底解决了大尺寸外来夹杂物、气体含量、偏析问题,为优化生产工艺,治炼高质量轴承钢提供必要的理论依据。
According to the characteristics in AOD/BOF-LF-VD-CC process of smelting bearing steel,the change of composition、feature、mean diameter、amount of inclusions,the change of oxygen and nitrogen content in process of smelting were systematic analyzed by inclusion tracer、systematic sampling、scanning electron microscopy,At the same time,continuous casting crystallizer,end electromagnetic stirring electromagnetic characteristics,temperature distribution and segregation on slab were tested and optimized.Through the process test,process management and other means,process control on inclusions,gas content,segregation were optimized,the problem of inclusions,gas content,segregation were completely solved,which provides necessary theoretical basis for optimizing the process and smelting high quality bearing steel.
