摘要
随着我国现代化建设的不断深入,建筑业的市场竞争也显得愈来愈激烈,因此,要注重技术管理,培养技术人才,合理运用管理的职能与科学的方法,才能在市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文首先分析了建筑工程施工技术管理的作用及意义,然后深入分析研究了提高建筑工程施工技术管理的策略。
With the deepening of Chinas modernization drive,the construction industry's market competition is becoming more and more intense,therefore,we should pay attention to technical management,training of technical personnel,rational use of management functions and scientific methods in order to compete in the market unbeaten place.This paper first analyzes the role and significance of construction technology management,and then analyzes and studies the strategy of improving construction technology management.
