大学生创业倾向影响因素:创业教育的作用

摘要
创业倾向作为创业的前端因素,对创业行为具有一定的预测作用。研究高校创业教育对大学生创业倾向的作用,对于提高大学生的创业比例具有重要的现实意义。本文通过对426份有效问卷进行因子分析、相关分析和回归分析,发现创业课程和创业竞赛对大学生创业倾向具有正向影响,并且外生创业态度在创业课程和创业竞赛与创业倾向之间具有部分中介作用,而内生创业态度在创业教育和创业倾向间不具有中介作用。
As entrepreneurial ex-factor, Entrepreneurial tendencies has a certain effect on entrepreneurial behavior. The study of role of College entrepreneurship education on college students ' entrepreneurship tendency has important practical significance to increase the proportion of college students ' pioneering work. Based on 426 effective questionnaire for factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis found that, those students who take entrepreneurial courses and participate in entrepreneurial plans race are significantly stronger than other students in entrepreneurial propensity. what's more exogenous entrepreneurial attitude play partly mediating role between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial propensity,endogenous entrepreneurial attitude don't play partly mediating role.
