具有寄生通带抑制E波段双工器

摘要
本文给出了一种具有寄生通带抑制的E波段波导双工器。该双工器通过改变波导宽边长度,改变了矩形波导高次模谐振频率,实现在2倍频处的抑制。通过精密机加工,成功设计制造了E波段波导双工器样品。实测结果表明:该双工器带内插损小于1d B,隔离度大于60d B,2倍频处抑制大于20d B,仿真设计与实测结果高度吻合。该双工器的优异性能确保其适用于未来5G通信E波段回传网络,具有很好的工程应用前景。
An E-Band waveguide diplexer with harmonic suppression is presented. The diplexer provides suppression at double frequency by varying the width of each resonator. Fabricated by precision machining, an E-band diplexer sample is made. The measured results show the transmission loss is less than 1d B in pass-band and the isolation is bigger than 60 d B, the suppression in double frequency is bigger than 20 d B. Simulation and measurement results match each other very well. The excellent performance of the diplexer ensures that it is suitable for future 5G E-band communication backhaul networks and a good prospect of engineering applications.
