静态顶空GC/MS测定卷烟滤嘴截留的烟气中苯系物

摘要
为测定卷烟滤嘴截留烟气中的苯系物,建立了静态顶空-气相色谱质谱选择离子定量的测定方法。样品经120℃、30 min静态顶空后,采用HP-INNOWAX柱分离和质谱检测,外标法定量。在优化条件下,该方法线性回归较好,相关系数r>0.999,线性范围为0.08~4μg/m L,定量检测限为0.003~0.005μg/支;回收率在86.2%~102.8%之间;RSD小于5%。该方法具有简单快速、准确灵敏等特点,适用于实际样品检测。
In order to determine benzene series in mainstream cigarette smoke entrapped by filter, a static headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SHS-GC/MS) under selected ion monitoring mode was developed. Under the optimized experimental conditions, cigarette filters were treated at 120 ℃for 30 min, and then the evolved products were separated on a HP-INNOWAX column, determined by MS and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that: the linear range was from 0.08 to 4 μg/ml with a good linear correlation coefficient(r>0.999) and the limits of quantification(LOQs) were 0.003~0.005 μg/cig; the recoveries were from 86.2 to 102.8% and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were less than 5%.The method is accurate, simple, rapid, and is suitable for the analysis of seven benzene series in cigarette smoke removed by filter.
