摘要
目的:对百强纤维及正畸托槽固定术用于混合牙列期外伤性松动牙的治疗效果进行对比研究与探讨。方法:对2014年10月至2016年10月期间,在我院就诊的混合牙列期牙外伤后发生松动或者脱位的患儿,60例86颗患牙,随机分组复位后A组30例共46颗牙采用百强纤维加流动树脂固定,B组30例40颗牙采用正畸托槽结扎固定,4周后对比观察治疗效果。结果:百强纤维组患牙在经复位以及再植之后,口腔卫生情况及患牙成功率均较托槽结扎固定术高。结论:百强纤维用于固定混合牙列期前牙外伤伤松动牙时对牙体无损伤、易于清洁,成功率高,有较为显著性的意义,属于一种较好的固定方法。
Objective:Comparison research and discussion between Biosplint Retention Band and orthodontic braces fixation for the treatment in mixed dentition period traumatic loose tooth.Methods:In October 2014 to October 2016,the mixed dentition stage children in our hospital whith teeth trauma occurred or dislocation,60 cases of 86 teeth,randomized reset,A group of 30 patients,A total of 46 teeth using Biosplint Retention Band and resin flow fixed,B group of 30 cases of 40 teeth with fixed orthodontic braces ligation,observed the treatment effect after 4 weeks.Results:The teeth after reset and replantat ion,The oral health condition and success rate of dental braces in Biosplint Retention Band groups is higher than group B.Conclusions:in mixed dentition period with front teeth injuries were loose tooth for tooth,Biosplint Retention Band used no damage,easy to clean,high success rate,has a more significant meaning,belongs to a kind of better fixed method.
