摘要
目的:探讨分析正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2014年6月至2016年3月期间在我院接受治疗的60例口腔修复患者作为本次的研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为正畸组与常规组,每组各30例,正畸组采用先正畸治疗,然后再进行修复治疗;常规组实行常规的修复治疗,治疗结束后,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、满意度以及不良反应发生率。结果:通过对比发现,正畸组患者的治疗效果以及满意度均高于常规组,不良反应发生率低于常规组,两组有明显的差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在进行口腔修复的过程中实行正畸治疗的临床应用价值较高,患者的满意度也较高,还可降低不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:to study the analysis of orthodontic treatment in the repair of oral clinical application value.Selection methods:in June 2014 to March 2016 treated in our hospital during the period of 60 patients with oral cavity repair as the research object,according to the different will be divided into the orthodontic treatment group and routine group,each group 30 cases,orthodontic group USES the orthodontic treatment,conventional group routine repair treatment,after treatment,the comparison and analysis the curative effect of two groups of patients,satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:by contrast,found that orthodontic patients were higher than in normal group and the treatment effect of satisfaction,lower incidence of adverse reactions than normal group,two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:in the process of dental prosthesis implements the high value of clinical application of orthodontic treatment,the patients satisfaction is higher also,also can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
