基于EA方法论的中国高速铁路应急平台体系架构设计

摘要
随着中国高速铁路的大规模建设和相继投入运营,新技术、新装备的大量运用和运输组织复杂程度的增加,建立集应急指挥、应急预案管理、应急资源管理以及紧急通知、监测预警等多个功能于一体的高速铁路应急平台至关重要。本文基于主流的企业架构设计方法,设计了高速铁路应急平台体系结构,给出了高速铁路应急平台的业务架构、应用架构、数据架构和技术架构。
Along with the large-scale of the PRC high-speed railway construction and put into operation,extensive use of the new technology and new equipment,increase the complexity of the transport organization,make the possibility of unexpected incidents and the extent will be increased to varying degrees.Therefore the establishment of ‘railway equipment and facilities checking?natural disaster monitoring? emergency management',involving high-speed rail the whole life circle of an integrated security system is essential.This passage will be based on the depth analysis of the high-speed railway various types of risk involved in the operation process,proposed the high-speed railway system of comprehensive security and emergency support,which is composed of the emergency management systems,the natural disaster monitoring and precaution system,railway equipment and facilities checking systems,emergency platform system.The passage will give the overall structure and the programs and functions of each key subsystem.
