秘鲁外海茎柔鱼肌肉组织能量积累的初步研究

摘要
利用组织能量密度测定技术,研究分析了茎柔鱼胴体、足腕、尾鳍等肌肉组织的能量积累变化规律及其雌雄间差异特性。结果显示,胴体组织的能量密度最高,为20.56±1.12KJ/g;足腕次之,为20.09±1.25KJ/g;尾鳍最低,为19.92±1.05KJ/g;同一组织雌雄个体间的组织能量密度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。胴体、足腕、尾鳍等肌肉组织间的能量积累存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中胴体组织能量积累最高,相对组织能量占比为64.72±3.84%;足腕组织能量积累次之,相对组织能量占比为23.89±3.41%;尾鳍组织能量积累最小,相对组织能量占比为11.39±2.25%。随着月份季节推移,肌肉组织的能量积累显著下降(P<0.05)。此外,肌肉组织能量积累自外海向沿海逐渐增加(P<0.05)。研究表明,秘鲁外海茎柔鱼同一肌肉组织的能量密度雌雄间不存在显著性差异,但是组织间的能量积累差异性显著,并随着月份推移和地理位置变化而变化显著。
By using the technology of energy density determination, the energy accumulation of somatic tissues, including mantle, head-arms and fins, was investigated for the jumbo squid Dosidicus gigas off Peru. The squid samples were collected during the jigging fishing season from June to August 2015. The results showed that the energy density of mantle tissue was the highest with an average value of 20.56±1.12KJ/g, followed by head-arm tissue with an average value of20.09±1.25KJ/g, and fin tissue with an average value of 19.92±1.05KJ/g. For the same tissue,there was no statistically difference in the energy density between females and males(P>0.05).For both sexes, the tissue energy accumulated in mantle, head-arms and fins was significantly different from each other(P<0.05). At the individual level, the energy accumulated in mantle tissue was the highest by a mean percentage of 64.72±3.84%, followed the energy accumulation of head-arms by a mean percentage of 23.89±3.41%; the energy accumulation of fins was the lowest by a mean percentage of 11.39±2.25 %. Meanwhile, the energy accumulated in these somatic tissues showed a significant decline from June to August(P<0.05). Additionally, the energy accumulated in these somatic tissues was larger in the offshore areas than that in the open waters(P<0.05). T
