异钢种混浇过程混合时间的预测模型

摘要
本文通过水模型实验,研究了异钢种混浇过程混合时间与铸坯断面、余钢量之间的关系,研究结果发现,当中间包两流的通钢量不同时,通钢量的差别对两流的混合时间几乎没有差别;在同一混合率下,混合时间与铸坯断面之间存在线性关系,据此可以建立不同断面尺寸与混合时间的对应关系(混浇模型),再根据拉速就可以计算出混合坯的长度。研究也发现,随着中间包余钢量的增加,混匀时间增加。较少的中间包余钢量有利于降低混合坯的长度,但是要防止液面过低引起的卷渣现象。
Through water model experiment,this paper studied the relationship between mixing time and slab section,residual molten steel in grade transition process.The results show that the difference of molten steel flow rate of different strand have little effect on the mixing time of different strand.Under the same mixing rate,there is a linear relationship between the mixing time and the slab section,which can establish the corresponding relationship between the different section size and the mixing time.The study also finds the mixing time will increase with the increasing of residual molten steel in tundish.Less amount of residual molten steel in tundish is conducive to reducing the length of intermixing slab,however slag entrapment will occur when he molten steel level in the tundish is too low.
