摘要
在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,借助碳酸盐与苯胺聚合过程中产生的硫酸反应并原位生成气泡,制备了具有不同形貌的纳米聚苯胺。研究了碳酸盐的种类、用量、体系pH值等对产物形貌的影响。结果表明:随着气泡量的增加,聚苯胺纳米结构发生了从表面布满小棒的纳米管,光滑的纳米管到纳米片的转变。反应过程中少量气泡在胶束表面形成保护层以及大量气泡使管状胶束无法稳定存在,使得聚苯胺纳米形貌发生改变,但对聚苯胺的结晶性和分子结构没有影响。我们从三个方面阐述气泡对聚苯胺形貌的影响:改变碳酸盐用量制备的纳米聚苯胺的形貌,改变体系的pH和不放出气体的弱酸盐制备的纳米聚苯胺的形貌说明气泡在苯胺聚合过程中对聚苯胺纳米形貌有重要的影响,并初步阐明了聚苯胺纳米结构的形成机理。
Using chemical oxidation in the presence of soft template of sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS) and with addition of carbonates,which reacted with sulphuric acid that produced by in-situ polymerization process,using ammonium persulfate as an oxidant,nano-polyaniline with different morphologies were synthesized.The affects of kind and dosage of carbonates,as well as p H of the system on the morphology of the product were investigated.The results showed that,with the amount of bubble increased,nano-polyanline was transformed from the nanotubes with nano-rods on the surface,to the nanotubes with smooth surface,and finally to nanoslices.Little bubbles played the role of protecting the tubular and great bubble played the role of changing the tubular micelle in the reaction process,resulting in the change of morphology of nano-polyaniline.However,the crystallinity of polyaniline and molecular structure remained the same.We explained that the effects of bubble on the morphology of polyaniline from three aspects:The morphology of nano-polyaniline was affected greatly by changing the kin and amount of sodium carbonate added,but affected a little by changing the p H of the system or addition of other salt which can't produce bubble in the polyaniline.All these demonstrated that bubble formed during the polymerization process has an important influence on the formation of polyaniline nanotubes.The formation mechanism of nano-structured polyaniline was also clarified.
