摘要
流动人口享有与本地户籍人口大致均等的基本公共服务,有利于促进社会的和谐稳定。通过采用小组和个人深入访谈方法,分析流动女性人口生殖健康均等化服务的现状及存在的问题,为政府决策提供参考。结果表明政府致力于落实流动人口均等化服务,制度较完善。流动育龄女性均可以免费享受国家规定的全面的生殖健康公共服务,但是主动获取免费现状不容乐观,自我保健意识有待加强。今后相关管理部门应加强人本服务理念,从控制生育管理型向生殖健康服务型转变。
Floating populations have basic public services equal to the local population to promote social harmony and stability. The qualitative research includes focused group discussion and in-depth interviews. The government system was fairly completed and committed to implement the equal reproductive health services. Migrant women of childbearing age were free to access the comprehensive reproductive health services provided by the state. The reproductive health needs of migrant population remained to be mastered and the self-health consciousness of migrant women of childbearing age needed to be strengthened. The participants have free access to family planning services provided by the state,however,the current acquisition rate of free reproductive health services is still not optimistic. The government should strengthen the people-oriented concept and change service mode from birth control to reproductive health promotion.
