球形纤维素吸附剂的制备研究

摘要
以棉纤维和纸纤维素为原料,利用热熔胶转相法,在纤维素再生过程中将荆树皮栲胶包埋在纤维素基体上,制备出球形纤维素吸附剂ESCB,并考察其对Cr(Ⅲ)的去除效果。结果表明,当碳酸钙和栲胶的用量分别为6.67%和1.33%,水浴加热固化时间1.5 h,明胶用量6.5%,分散剂油酸钠用量0.20%,相比(油水比)5:1时,制得的吸附剂ESCB的含水率为78.3%,比表面积为411.7 m~2/g,球形纤维素吸附剂粒径约1.0-1.4 mm,尺寸均匀。当Cr(Ⅲ)初始质量浓度分别为50mg/L和100mg/L,pH值7.0,吸附时间3.0h,吸附温度30℃时,ESCB对Cr(Ⅲ)的去除效果最好,去除率分别为78.38%和86.92%。
A novel spherical cellulose adsorbent(ESCB) was prepared by the thermal solution-gel transition technique using cotton fibre paper cellulose as materials,and the adsorption of Cr(HI)was studied.Black wattle extract was embedded in cellulose matrix in cellulose regeneration process.The result showed that,the spherical cellulose adsorbent with particle diagram of1.0-1.4mm have nice spherical shape and uniform particle size under the optimal conditions(6.67%of calcium carbonate dosage,1.33%of black wattle extract dosage,1.5 h of water bath time,6.5%of gelatin dosage,0.20%of sodium oleate dosage,5:1 of ratio of oil phase to water phase).The moisture content of ESCB was 78.3%,and the specific surface area was 411.7 m~2/g.The adsorption percentage of Cr(Ⅲ) by ESCB could reach 78.38%、 86.92%,respectively,under such conditions as 50 mg/L,100 mg/L of Cr(Ⅲ),pH 7.0,allowed to react for 3 h at 30 ℃.
