电磁屏蔽皮革的制备及其性能研究

摘要
为解决日益严重的电磁辐射污染,亟需制备出密度小、质量轻、高屏蔽性能的新型电磁屏蔽材料。本文采用喷涂法在皮革(Crust leather,CL)表面涂覆纳米铜导电涂层,制备了纳米铜复合的电磁屏蔽皮革(Cu-CL)。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)表征了Cu-CL的微观形貌,采用Aglient矢量网络分析仪测试了其在10-3000 MHz频段范围内的电磁屏蔽性能,通过拉力试验机、耐挠性试验机测试了Cu-CL的机械性能和耐弯折性能。结果表明:当纳米铜的喷涂量为18 mg/cm2时,Cu-CL在测试波段内对电磁波的屏蔽效能到达70 dB以上,单位质量的比屏蔽效率高达88 dB cm~3 g~(-1),且具有优良的机械强度和耐弯折性。
In order to solve the problem of increasingly serious electromagnetic radiation pollution,fabrication a new type of electromagnetic shielding materials with low density,lightweight and high-performance is desperately needed.In this investigation,a conductive layer of copper nanoparticles(Cu NPs) was uniform coated on the surface of leather by leather finishing approach,obtaining Cu-CL electromagnetic shielding leather.The morphology and microstructure of Cu-CL were well characterized by FESEM,and its electromagnetic shielding performance in the range of 10-3000 MHz was investigated by Aglient vector network analyzer.Besides,the mechanical properties and flexure resistance of Cu-CL were also determined by tensile machine and flexure resistance tester.The experimental results indicated that the shielding effectiveness of Cu-CL was higher than 70 dB with the coating dosage of 18 mg/cm~2 Cu NPs,and the specific shielding effectiveness was as high as 88 dB cm~3 g~(-1).Furthermore,Cu-CL also has excellent mechanical strength and bending performance.
