车-车30°角对撞试验和仿真的分析

摘要
最近中国汽车工程研究院进行了一次两车30°角的对撞试验和计算机模拟仿真,并对两者的结果做了比较和分析。其目的是进行车对车碰撞兼容性的初步研究和了解在这种特殊工况下两车结构的防撞性能,以及车内的乘员对于约束系统在碰撞发生时的响应。并对试验和仿真中出现的问题进行了分析和探讨。结果表明,在这种两车斜角碰撞的工况下,对于车身耐撞性能的研究和车内假人伤害情况的了解和评估,目前都处在初步阶段,还需要进行更加深入和仔细的调查研究。
China Automotive Engineering Research Institute recently conducted a car-to-car crash test with a 30-degree angle and ran computer simulations with the same crash mode,and both results have been compared and analyzed.The purpose is to investigate the car- to- car crash compatibility and vehicle structural crash performances,as well as restraint system responses under such a special crash mode.The problems raised from testing and computer simulation have also been investigated.As a result,we are still in the primary stage to understand and evaluate the vehicle worthiness and occupant performance under a car-to-car crash mode with a 30-degree angle,and further study in depth is necessary.
