某车型偏置碰撞试验问题分析

摘要
本文基于有限元技术,针对实车偏置碰撞试验出现的碰撞盒和纵梁产生非正常变形(碰撞盒在中间位置开始向内弯曲变形、纵梁前端未压溃时中部提前弯曲变形)问题进行分析,应用与正面碰撞试验对标后的有限元模型,通过仿真找出碰撞盒、纵梁产生非正常变形的最可能原因,即整车在碰撞过程中前端承受到额外的横向载荷(由试验壁障引起),这个载荷导致碰撞盒和纵梁产生非正常变形。本文拓展了CAE技术在解决实际问题中的应用。
Based on the finite element technology,the paper analyzes the abnormal deformation problem of crash box and longitudinal member produced by physical vehicle offset crash.Application finite element model correlating with frontal impact test simulates and calculates to find out the most possible reason of crash box and longitudinal member abnormal deformation.The most possible is that,the front-end of longitudinal member subjected to additional lateral load(caused by the barrier) in collision process,which leads to crash box and longitudinal beam abnormal deformation.This paper expands the application of CAE technology in solving practical problems.
