摘要
实施精准扶贫、精准脱贫,不仅要找准贫困对象,还要找准致贫原因。要通过逐村逐户摸底调查,梳理出当地主要的致贫原因,是否因基础设施落后致贫、因生存环境制约和自然灾害致贫、因上学致贫、因地方病和突发重病致贫、因残疾和智障致贫等。只有找准致贫原因,才能对症下药,开对"药方"。本文综合了科普及扶贫方面的若干知识,依据曲靖市麒麟区建宁街道车站社区解家台子居民小组扶贫脱贫实际情况,着重从处于城乡结合部的村组着手,从科普方面,探讨城镇涉农社区如何实现精准扶贫。
