摘要
离心压缩机机构复杂,故障类型较多,在实际压缩机故障诊断过程中,简单的通过几种故障频率判断故障类型难度较大,尤其不平衡与回转体松动故障的甄别较为复杂。本文介绍了离心压缩机不平衡与松动故障的特征及机理研究,并通过实例分析,甄别两种故障类型并总结故障诊断方法。
Centrifugal compressor is complicated in structure and fault types are more in the practical fault diagnosis of compressor process, through several simple fault frequency to judge the type of fault is difficult, especially the unbalance of discrimination and rotary looseness is complex. In this paper, the characteristics and mechanism of unbalance and looseness of centrifugal compressor are introduced, and two fault types are screened out by case study, and the fault diagnosis method is summarized.
