半夏泻心汤治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及护理干预分析

摘要
目的:分析半夏泻心汤治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及护理干预。方法:选取2015年10月到2016年7月来我院就诊的胃溃疡患者110例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用常规治疗和常规护理,观察组采取半夏泻心汤治疗和护理干预,治疗后对比两组患者VAS评分以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者治疗后第4周、第8周的VAS评分均远低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;护理后观察组患者护理满意度为96.4%远高于对照组85.4%,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及护理干预作用显著,不仅降低了患者VAS评分,而且提高了护理满意度,值得在临床工作中大力推广应用。
Objective: to analyze the clinical curative effect and nursing intervention on the treatment of gastric ulcer with the decoction of rhizoma. Methods: 110 cases of gastriculcer were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 55 cases in each group, cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment androutine nursing, the observation group was treated with the decoction for purging stomach and purging heart and nursing intervention. After treatment, the VAS score and nursing satisfaction werecompared between the two groups. Results: the observation group patients after fourth weeks, eighth weeks, VAS scores were lower than control group, significant difference(P<0.05), withstatistical significance; nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.4% higher than that of the control group was 85.4%, significant difference(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: the clinical curative effect and nursing intervention on the treatment of gastric ulcer with the decoction of the decoction for purging stomach and purging heart is significant, whichnot only reduce the VAS score, but also improve the nursing satisfaction. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical work.
