预应力管桩桩端土遇水软化研究

摘要
为判断预应力管桩在强风化岩层是否存在遇水软化现象。选择广东省佛山市顺德区粉砂质泥岩和花岗片麻岩风化层作为试验场地,联合静力触探、旁压试验、高应变测试、静载试验多种原位测试手段,比较压桩前后桩端土的力学指标和强度变化。研究表明:两个试验场地压桩后都没有发生遇水软化的现象;预应力管桩桩尖是否开口,桩管是否采用混凝土封底,对桩的承载力基本没有影响。研究还得到强风化粉砂质泥岩和花岗片麻岩的桩端土强度增长期分别是20天和45天。该研究对于指导风化岩土地区的桩基设计与施工具有一定的指导意义。
In order to investigate softening phenomenon at bearing stratum strong of weathered rock of prestressed pipe piles.Two site with weathered silty mudstone and granite-gneiss layer in Shunde district of Foshan City,Guangdong Province,were selected,and various in-situ testing,including static cone penetration and pressuremeter tests,high strain test and loading test were conducted to study changes of mechanical indicators and strength of pile-end soils.Results showed that pile-end soils of prestressed concrete tube pile did not exhibit softening when encountering water.Neither pile tip opening nor pipe with concrete has no effect on pile bearing capacity.In addition,period of strength growth for weathered silty mudstone and weathered granitic gneiss were 20 days and 45 days,respectively.These results have profound guiding significance for design and construction of tube piles in the weathered rock foimation.The study to guide the weathered rock-soil pile in the area of are of significance.
