空调模式旋钮卡滞问题的研究与改善

摘要
空调的吹面、吹脚、除霜等模式,均通过调节风门的位置来实现。某车型在SOP后出现空调模式旋钮卡滞的问题。本文以某款轿车为研究对象,通过对产品设计校核与生产制造实际数据测量,找出了导致风门卡滞的主要因素。通过优化风门及除霜风道结构,很好地解决了风门卡滞的问题。
The various modes of HVAC,such as blowing face,blowing feet and defrost,are controlled by adjusting the throttle.After the completion of the vehicle assembly,a model of the failure of the knob is stuck.In this paper,a car as the research object.Through the actual measurement data in the manufacturing and designing of the product,optimize the structure of the damper and the defrosting duct.Find out the main factors which affecting the damper clamping stagnation as the result.Finally well solved the problem of the damper binding.
