废水中抗生素与金属复合污染物的研究

摘要
随着抗生素与金属添加剂的规模化使用,重金属和抗生素在环境中协同污染的几率不断升高。水体中抗生素与金属离子共存时,在某些条件下络合形成新型复合污染物,这样会改变抗生素的环境行为和生态毒性,同时会对抗生素的去除产生显著影响。本文运用红外、紫外、荧光等表征手段证实废水中四种常见抗生素(四环素、金霉素、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星)与铜和锌离子可以络合。小球藻毒性实验表明:金属与抗生素的络合作用改变了原来抗生素和金属的生物毒性。光催化降解实验表明:金属离子的存在对于光催化降解去除抗生素具有抑制作用。
Heavy metals and antibiotics are two important pollutes in environment with large-scale use of antibiotics and metal additive.The antibiotics and metal ions in the wastewater can be synthesized to new composite materials,which may change eco-toxicity of antibiotics and affect the removal of antibiotics.The complexation of four common antibiotics in wastewater(tetracycline,chlorotetracycline,ofloxacin,norfloxacin)with copper and zinc ion were verified by spectroscopic techniques.Chlorella toxicity analysis indicated that antibiotics complexing action with metal did modify the environment toxicity of the antibiotics and metal.The experiment of photocatalytic degradation showed that metal has inhibitive effect to removal of antibiotics
