紫竹竹叶提取物在HCl中对钢、铝和锌的缓蚀作用

摘要
紫竹(Phyllostachys nigra munro)竹叶提取物(简称PMLE)可作为一种环境友好型植物缓蚀剂。采用失重法研究了PMLE在0.1 mol/L HCl溶液中对冷轧钢、工业纯铝和纯锌的缓蚀作用。结果表明:PMLE对冷轧钢具有非常好的缓蚀作用,最大缓蚀率达95%;对铝和锌具有中等程度的缓蚀作用,最大缓蚀率分别为70%和55%。PMLE在钢、铝和锌表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式。
The phyllostachys nigra munro leaves extract(PMLE) can be used as an environmental-friendly plant inhibitor.The inhibition effect of PMLE on the corrosion of cold rolled steel(CRS),aluminum and zinc in 0.1 mol/L HCl solution was studied by weight loss method.The results showed that PMLE is a good inhibitor for cold rolled steel in 0.1 mol/L HCl,and maximum inhibition efficiency(E) is 95%.PMLE acts as moderate inhibitors for aluminum and zinc,and the maximum E values are 70%and 55%respectively.The adsorption of PMLE on metal surface obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation.
