CANoe在军车故障诊断中的应用

摘要
多功能显示器对驾驶员有着重要的指引、提示作用,故障码信息正确解析及显示是多功能显示屏的一个重要功能,能够帮助驾驶员及时了解车辆状况,获取车辆诊断信息。在军品显示屏开发过程中,为了保证屏能严格满足功能需求,需要对其功能进行全面核查和测试。基于此,本文提出了一种基于CANoe系统的故障码模拟测试系统,通过模拟实车中ECU故障时发出基于J1939协议的故障码信息,来验证多功能显示屏故障码信息正确解析及显示功能。考虑到多个故障码同时发生时,故障码报文信息组合、运算比较复杂,通过人工手动模拟时,容易产生错误,影响测试结果,本文提出了一种基于CAPL编程实现自动测试的方式,提供一个简易的操作面板,模拟车辆实际运行中可能会出现的各种故障的故障码信息,对屏的功能品质进行检验。实际测试验证,该模拟测试方法高效、准确,减少了测试成本,并帮助发现了多功能显示屏在开发中的一些软件问题,帮助推动产品开发进展和品质提升。
A multi-function display can provide important guidelines,tips for driver,and it's correctly parsing and displaying fault code information is an important function which can help drivers understand the condition of the vehicle and get vehicle Diagnostics.In the the development process of multi-function display for military,a comprehensive verification and testing is necessary to ensure that the screen will strictly meet the functional requirements.Based on this,in this paper the we propose a fault codes of the system simulation test system based on CANoe,by simulating the real vehicle ECU fault codes based on J1939 protocol message to the failure to verify the multifunction display fault code information correctly parse and display function.Consider the situation that when multiple fault happened,the fault code message information need to be combined,and is easy to produced errors because of complex calculation,which will affect the result of testing。 In order to avoid this situation,we realize a automatic testing system with a operational panel by CAPL included in CANoe.This system can simulate code information when various fault occurred in the actual run in the way to exam the multifunction display.Practical application shows,this testing method and system is very efficient,accurate,and can reduce testing costs.During the test stage it help find some bugs of multi-function display development,which help to drive product development and quality improvement.
