不同粒径纳米银粒子与明胶作用规律研究

摘要
为了研究不同粒径纳米银与明胶作用的规律,将12、23、37、50和66nm五种不同平均粒径的纳米银与明胶进行作用,并采用紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱和动态光散射等方法进行表征。实验结果表明纳米银与明胶作用后,各反应体系的紫外吸光度值均有所降低,作用2h后均出现了荧光淬灭现象,说明不同粒径的纳米银颗粒均与明胶发生了相互作用。与其他反应体系相比,粒径23 m的纳米银与明胶作用2 h后,体系的Zeta电位无明显变化,但粒径明显变大,表明23nm的纳米银对明胶分子的吸附能力最强,粒径过大或过小都会影响纳米银对明胶吸附性能。本研究所得纳米银与明胶的作用规律,可为制备纳米银-明胶复合材料提供参考。
Five different sizes of nano-silver particles(12 nm,23 nm,37 nm,50 nm,66 nm) were used to interact with gelatin to study the reaction regularities,then the UV-Vis,fluorescence spectrum and dynamic light scattering were applied to characterize the interactions.The results showed that all UV-Vis absorption of nano-silver particles decreased and the gelatin fluorescence quenchings were observed,indicating that all nano-sliver particles interacted with gelatin in all systems.It could be concluded that too big or too small nano-sliver particles size will affect the adsorption with gelatin proved by the evidences that 23 nm nano-silver particle had stronger ability to absorb gelatin when the zeta potential of 23 nm nano-silver particle had small change after interacting 2 h but the size of the nano-silver particle trended to enlarge obviously comparing with other reaction systems were obtained.The research results could provide a reference for preparation the nanometer silver-gelatin composite materials.
