基于原子经济法-燃料电池工艺制备高纯度氧化铅的研究

摘要
针对现有氧化铅制备工艺存在的高污染和高能耗问题,本文报告了一种全新清洁的高纯度的α-PbO的制备方法,它通过铅阳极和氧阴极在碱性NaOH溶液中构建铅氧燃料电池方式以自发放电过程获得碱性NaHPbO_2溶液,随后通过对放电后电解液的冷却结晶得到PbO固体和可循环使用的NaOH母液。动电位扫描、交流阻抗和恒流放电实验表明,铅阳极在35%NaOH、90℃和30 g L~(-1)PbO溶液中具有最佳的电化学性能,优化后的铅氧燃料电池在5~50 mA cm~(-2)放电电流下给出了0.66~0.38 V的放电电压。SEM、XRD和ICP测试表明,在30%NaOH放电母液中获得的是纯度为99.994%的α-PbO,利用该α-PbO组装的铅酸电池表现了略优于现有岛津铅粉的电化学性能。
To reduce the serious pollution and high energy consumption in traditional lead oxide(PbO) production process,this paper reports a new green method to synthesize lead oxide spontaneously in sodium hydroxide solution based on a lead-oxygen fuel cell.The PbO with the purity of 99.994%and alpha structure,along with recyclable pregnant liquor,is obtained through cooling crystallization process.The as-prepared PbO provides slightly superior electrochemical performance to the existing lead oxide obtained by the Shimadzu ball-milling method in lead-acid battery.
