滑轮磨损试验设备的研制

摘要
本文主要介绍了滑轮磨损试验设备设计过程中的技术难点与解决途径,以及此类试验设备设计的推广和应用。该试验设备的设计重点是如何根据不同直径的滑轮及试验所用不同直径的钢丝绳,快速调整参数,对滑轮进行磨损试验。试验设备的主体采用曲柄摇杆机构,以实现对滑轮的往复磨损。曲柄部分采用偏心轮结构,通过快速改变偏心距,驱动摇杆实现不同摆角,从而达到钢丝绳行程的不同。试验设备设计的难点是找到曲柄长度与摇杆摆角的函数关系式,从而解决试验设备更换滑轮、钢丝绳时,快速调整曲柄长度问题。
This essay mainly introduces the technical difficulties and solutions in the design process of the pulley abrasion test equipment and popularization and application of this kinds of test equipment.The design of the test equipment is focused on how to adjusting parameters to adapt different diameter pulley and armoured rope.The main body of the test equipment adopts a crank rocker mechanism to realize the reciprocating abrasion of the pulley.The crank portion adopts the eccentric structure to drive rocker to achieve different swing angle by changing the linear eccentricity,in order to achieve the different armoured rope travel.The difficulty of the design of the test equipment is to find the function relationship between the crank length and the swing angle of the rocker in order to solve the problem of rapid adjustment of the crank length.
