基于Citespace的食品添加剂可视化分析

摘要
通过对Web of science数据库中有关食品添加剂的文献进行查找,目的在于更好的分析食品添加剂的研究热点和趋势,从而提出如何防止消费者谈"添"色变的建议。利用Citespace软件,对Web of science数据库内2001—2015年的相关文献进行检索,其内容包括文献的年度分布、研究机构、关键词、发文作者、被引作者的可视化分析。利用Web of science数据库,一共检索到了8009篇文章。通过对食品添加剂研究热点及常见问题进行分析,了解消费者恐惧食品添加剂的原因,针对原因找出解决办法。研究后不难发现,消费者对食品添加剂的关注表明了其对食品安全的重视,也是对自身健康状况的重视。但其中存在着过度认知,甚至恐惧的现象。如何才能彻底消除消费者的恐惧,政府严格的监管以及媒体正确的引导是重要渠道,因此我们提出要倡导"社会共治"。首先,政府应明确工作职责,严格控制食品添加剂的用法用量,防止不公平竞争。其次,完善法规、制定标准,严格把控广告用语,避免商家侥幸心理。最后,加强食品添加剂科学知识的普及,引导消费者正确对待食品添加剂。
Through the web of science database on food additives literature search,in order to better analysis of food additives research hotspot and trend,thus put forward the how to prevent consumers to talk about " Tim" the mere mention of the proposal.Using Citespace software to retrieve Web of science database from 2001 to 2015,including the annual distribution of literature,research institutions,Key words,authors,visual analysis of cited authors.By using Web of science database,a total of 8009 articles retrieved.Based on the research and hot food additives analysis of common problems,understand why consumers fear of food additives,to find a solution.The research is not difficult to find,attention to food additives consumers show the emphasis on food safety,as well as for their own health seriously.But the existence of excessive cognition,even fear phenomenon.How to eliminate the consumer the fear of the government's strict supervision and media correct guidance is an important channel,so we propose to promote social cohabitation.First,the government should clear job responsibilities,strictly control the usage and dosage of food additives to prevent unfair competition.Secondly,perfect laws and regulations,standards,strictly control of advertising language,avoid businesses fluky psychology.Finally,to strengthen the popularization of scientific knowledge of food additives,guide consumers on the proper treatment of food additives.
