汽车暖通鼓风机电机阶次噪声控制及应用

摘要
本文阐释了汽车暖通鼓风机电动机阶次噪声的频谱特征及产生机理,并结合汽车暖通开发过程中鼓风机电动机阶次啸叫实例进行分析及整改。通过整车暖通和单体振动噪声测试,确定阶次噪声原因为电动机本体设计、电动机与安装壳体的隔振问题。通过优化电刷与换向器的间隙、转子线圈的槽满率和安装壳体的隔振垫三项控制要素,验证电动机阶次问题得以解决,提升了整车空调暖通的声品质。同时对汽车暖通NVH开发、解决相关噪声问题等工程实践具有参考意义。
The tonal noise of the blower motor in vehicle HVAC system is studied in this paper.The spectrum characteristics of the tonal noise and the underlying mechanism of the noise production are analysed based an engineering example.Vibration and Noise tests on vehicle level and system level are carried out systematically,and the results show that the tonal noise of the blower motor is related to the electronic design of the motor as well as its vibration isolation designs.Modifications on the clearance between the brush and the commutator,the fill ratio of rotor winding as well as the vibration isolator are made.The tonal noise of the blower motor are eliminated and the sound quality of the HVAC system is improved.The experimental methodology and recommended countermeasures for suppressing the tonal noise of the blower motor may provide a reference for NVH engineering in vehicle HVAC system.
