基于石墨烯提高皮革涂层耐磨耗性能的研究

摘要
为提高皮革涂层的耐磨耗性能,以乙二醇乙醚作为分散介质,制备石墨烯含量为0.1%的分散液,将其分别添加到皮革涂饰涂料中配制中层涂饰剂和顶层涂饰剂,涂饰结果表明:ECS可以很好地分散石墨烯;石墨烯能提高皮革涂层的耐磨耗性能。当中层和顶层石墨烯的添加量为涂饰剂重量的0.03%,成品革的涂层耐磨耗性能最佳,达到4-5级。
In order to improve the wear resistance of the leather coating,using the ethylene glycol etheras the dispersion medium to prepare the dispersion of graphene content of 0.1%,which was added to each layer of the leather finishing agent and then finishing.The results show that ethylene glycol etheras can disperse the praphene fully,and the graphene can improve the wear resistance of the leather coating.When the amount of the middle layer and the top layer of graphene was 0.03%(the weight of the graphene accounts for the whole finishing agent),the wear resistance of the coating was the best,and reached the level of 4-5.
