具有(001)暴露晶面的圆片状LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2纳米晶的合成及其在锂离子电池中改进的倍率性能的研究

摘要
通过简单的Pechini法和表面活性剂司班85的添加,制备出具有(001)暴露晶面的小圆片状的LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2(NCM)纳米晶。这种NCM纳米晶的直径约50 nm且厚度仅3 nm左右。通过实验研究发现,液态表面活性剂对于改变NCM纳米晶的形貌起到关键作用。当这种正极材料被应用在锂离子电池上时,其在2C的倍率下,循环了200圈之后,放电容量依然保持在165 mAh·g~(-1),且充放电效率高达98.2%。
With the addition of span 85,disklike LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2(NCM) nanoplates with exposed(001) planes were synthesized by the simple Pechini method.The diameter of the NCM nano-bulk is approximately 50 nm while the thickness is around 3 nm.The experiment results showed that the mixture of liquid surfactants played a key role in the change of morphology of NCM nanoplates.When this kind of cathode material was applied in lithium ion battery,achieved a high specific capacity of 165 mAh·g~(-1) at 2 C after 200 cycles,together with a charge/discharge efficiency as high as 98.2%.
