基于耦合线结构的宽带滤波功分器的设计

摘要
滤波器和功分器是射频和微波通信系统中的重要元件,集成具有滤波功能的功分器对于实现射频微波器件的集成化、宽带化具有非常重要的意义。本文基于四分之一波长平行耦合线结构设计了一款具有带通滤波特性的宽带滤波功分器。以五阶平行耦合线结构滤波器的中心为对称轴反相折叠,并调整第三级耦合线的耦合强度,实现滤波器的不同带宽,得出了一种新型的折叠式耦合线结构的宽带带通滤波器。通过集成两个折叠式耦合线结构滤波器,实现了新型的宽带滤波功分器的设计。该功分器的工作频率为3.4GHz-4.2GHz,相对带宽为21%,通带内的插损为3.65d B,回波损耗为21.83d B,较好的满足了功分器的性能要求。
Filter and power divider is an important component in RF and microwave communication systems. The integration of power dividers with filtering function is very important for realizing the integration and broadband of RF microwave devices. In this paper, a wideband bandpass filtering power divider is proposed using the quarter-wavelength parallel coupling line structure. A new type of folded-coupled coupling structure is obtained by reversing the center of the fifth-order parallel coupling line structure filter, and adjusting the coupling strength of the thirdstage coupling line to achieve the different bandwidth of the filter,. The design of a new type of broadband filter power divider is realized by integrating two folding coupling line structure filters. The operating frequency of the power divider is 3.4GHz-4.2GHz, the relative bandwidth is 21%, the insertion loss is 3.65 d B in the passband, the return loss is 21.83 d B, better meet the performance requirements of the power splitter.
