基于DFMA的商用车平衡悬架支架的轻量化设计

摘要
现用平衡悬架支架过于笨重,采用面向制造和装配设计的产品开发模式(DFMA)设计理念分析认为轻量化是可行的。首先进行经验设计确定失效根源,然后利用Optistruct拓扑优化,接着利用Abaqus进行详细对比设计,最终产品重量降低40%,安全系数提高50%。最后通过红黄绿模型实现面向生产设计,并且制定措施保证最终产品的质量。结果表明,DFMA更有助于提高产品质量、缩短产品周期、降低产品成本,值得设计师学习和推广。
The original balancing suspension bracket was over heavy,validate lightweight design was feasible by DFMA design method.First,did empirical design to ensure the root causes of failure modes before,secondly made topology using Optistruct,made comparative strength design using Abaqus and casting simulation using Magma。Final weight was lighter by 40%and safety factor increased by 50%.Finally,did digital design for Manufacturing by Red-Yellow-Green model,and made measures to guarantee the quality.The results indicate DFMA method and CAE is helpful to improve quality,shorten cycles,and lower cost,which worth studying and promoting.
