电力机车移动数字通信网的可行性研究

摘要
电力机车的实时管理和自动控制是当前铁路系统的发展趋势和迫切要求。本文针对这种要求,在GSM移动通信系统的基础上提出了建立电力机车移动数字通信网以实现机车与控制中心之间的数据传输的方案,设计了系统中车载移动台、GSM覆盖区外自建基站的基本构造,分析了系统中越区切换、纠错编码等关键技术,并详细的阐述了其实现方法。
It is the impending requirement and the direction in railway system development that the locomotive should be controlled automatically and managed in real time. According to this requirement, the Railway Mobile Digital Communication System based on the GSM System for Mobile Communication is put forward in this paper to accomplish the data transfer between the control center and the locomotive. In this paper, the design of the MS ( the Mobile Station ) and the erected BS ( the Base Station ) out of the GSM cover is carried out . Last we discuss the key techniques of the Railway Mobile Digital Communication System, the handoff and the Error_correct coding. Also the accomplish ways of these techniques are discussed.
