创新型产业集群知识传导机理研究

摘要
创新型产业集群己经成为区域经济的重要组成部分,区域经济之间竞争的本质是不同产业集群之间生产方式与生产效率的竞争。因此,创新型产业集群在未来全球产业价值链中的地位将十分关键,促进创新型产业集群的发展对增强区域经济实力、乃至国家竞争力意义重大。从整体来看,我国的创新型产业集群发展并不平衡,集群内的知识传导缓慢、集群创新动力不足。为此,如何提高创新型产业集群知识传导的绩效已经成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文运用定性分析与定量研究相结合、文献分析、规范分析以及学术性问卷调查等方法,在基于知识管理、博弈和协同的理论基础上,对创新型产业集群中提高知识传导绩效所面临的关键要素进行了研究。
     (1)本文探讨了创新型产业集群的理论体系,分析了知识传导的理论基础;研究了创新型产业集群知识传导的方法体系。创新型产业集群不是传统意义上的产业集群,而是通过资源互补、知识共享为创新基础,以自主创新为驱动力,通过对企业、高校、政府、中介、研究机构等组织资源的协同优化配置,在集群中不断传递、传导、扩散、吸收、应用新技术和新知识,促进产业集群的生长和结构的优化。
     (2)本文从三个方面对创新型产业集群知识传导的驱动力进行了深入剖析,从而系统地解释了集群成员为什么进行知识传导以及为什么在集群范围内与多个合作伙伴进行长期的知识传导。这些驱动力包括声誉效应的驱动作用、集群企业知识吸收能力层面的驱动力和知识网络层面的驱动力。
     (3)本文对创新型产业集群知识传导的特征进行了分析,并提出了创新型产业集群知识传导的一般过程模型;在此基础上,结合社会资本理论以及动态能力理论的相关研究维度,从企业知识吸收能力维度、关系质量维度和知识网络维度三个层面,提出了影响创新型产业集群知识传导的关键影响因素,系统深入地阐述了各个关键影响因素对创新型产业集群知识传导绩效的作用机理,在分析的基础上提出了本文的知识传导影响因素概念模型和相关假设;并采用了比较先进与适宜的结构方程模型研究方法进行实证分析,分析结果验证了最初的理论假设。
     (4)本文探讨了创新型产业集群知识传导的保障机制。分析了建立知识传导平台和构建集群内知识共享库;探讨了提升集群连结强度,包括建设集群创新网络和构建战略联盟;分析了培育和谐的集群关系机制,包括构建合适的激励机制和建立适度的竞争淘汰机制。
     (5)本文以武汉光电子产业集群知识传导为案例进行了分析。分析了武汉光电子产业集群的发展概况;探讨了武汉光电子产业集群知识传导的现状,包括知识传导的驱动力和运行路径。最后,本文提出了推动武汉光电子产业集群知识传导的政策建议。
Innovational industrial clusters has become the important component of regional economies, the essence of competitiveness among the regional economies is the competitiveness between the production method and the production efficiency of different innovational industrial clusters. Therefore, the status of innovational industrial clusters will be essential in future whole world industry value chains. To promote the development of innovational industrial clusters have a great significance in enhance the strength of regional economy, and the national competitiveness. Overall speaking, the development of innovational industrial clusters in our country is not balanced, and the knowledge conduction is slow, and the power of clusters innovation is insufficiency. So, how to improve the performance of innovational industrial cluster's knowledge conduction has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on knowledge management, game and collaborative theories, using qualitative and quantitative analysis, literature search, normative analysis, and academic surveys, the dissertation has made a series of study on the key factors which innovational industrial cluster are faced with in improving performance of knowledge conduction:
     Firstly, this dissertation discussed the theory system of innovational industrial clusters, analyzes the theory foundation of knowledge conduction; study the method system of innovative industry cluster knowledge conduction. Innovational industrial clusters is not traditional industrial clusters, but through the resources complementary, knowledge sharing as the innovation foundation, with the independent innovation as the driving mechanism, through collaborative optimizae and allocate resources of the enterprises, universities, research institutions, government and intermediary organizations in cluster continuously transfer, conduction, diffusion, absorption, the application new technology and new knowledge, promote the growth of industrial clusters and optimization of structure.
     Secondly, this dissertation from three aspects analysis driving force of innovational industrial clusters knowledge conduction, thus systematically explained the cluster members why do knowledge conduction and why in the cluster range with multiple partners for long-term knowledge conduction. The driving force including reputation effect, enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity, knowledge network.
     Thirdly, this dissertation analysis the characteristics of innovational industrial clusters knowledge conduction, and put forward general process model on the innovational industrial clusters knowledge conduction. On this basis, combining with the social capital theory and the related research dimension of dynamic capabilities theory, from the three level dimensions of enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity, relationship quality and knowledge network, proposed the key influence factors of innovational industrial clusters knowledge conduction, and thoroughly and systematically introduces the mechanism of each key influencing factors on innovational industrial clusters knowledge conduction performance, put forward the knowledge conduction influence factors conceptual model and related hypothesis on the basis of analysis; and apply the more advanced and appropriate structural equation model research method on the empirical analysis, the analysis results verify the initial theoretical assumptions.
     Fourthly, this dissertation discusses the protection mechanisms of innovative industrial cluster knowledge conduction, including establish a knowledge conduction platform and build the knowledge shared library in cluster; explore to enhance cluster network link strength, including construct cluster innovation network and build strategic alliances; cultivate harmonious cluster relations mechanisms, including building the right incentives mechanism and establish appropriate competitive elimination mechanism.
     Finally, taking Wuhan photoelectron industry cluster knowledge conduction as the case to analysis. Analysis of the development situation of Wuhan photoelectron industry clusters; discusses the present situation of Wuhan photoelectron industry cluster knowledge conduction, including the driving force and the running path of knowledge conduction, puts forward the policy proposal of promote Wuhan photoelectron industry cluster knowledge conduction.
