年产6万吨高精度铜及铜合金板带材轧制工程设计与研究

摘要
铜及铜合金板带材是许多工业部门的基础原材料。随着国民经济的发展和市场消费结构的变化,新的消费领域对铜及铜合金板带材的质量提出了越来越高的要求,因此,应该优先发展高精度铜及铜合金板带材以满足市场急需。
     我国的铜板带企业大多数技术装备落后,生产规模偏小,铜板带材的品种结构存在不合理现象,高精度产品的生产能力不能满足各行业日益增长的需要,需大量进口。设计研究热轧供坯方式的现代化高精度铜及铜合金板带材生产方案,对调整铜板带材的产品结构、满足市场对高精度板带材的需要有着重要作用。
     根据国内外铜板带材加工技术的发展趋势,及市场消费结构对产品品种和质量的需求,确定采用感应熔炼—立式连续铸造/半连续铸造大规格铸锭、热轧开坯、大卷重生产为主的冷轧供坯方式,冷轧采用冷粗轧—冷精轧的形式,其技术路线为:铸锭—热轧—冷粗轧—冷精轧—精整。设计规模年产6万t,并留有发展余地。
     本项目根据国家的产业政策和国内外市场需求,建设以变压器铜带为主导产品的高精度铜及铜合金板带材现代化生产线,采用先进、成熟的生产工艺,装备水平达到或接近国际先进水平,产品质量符合国际标准,经济效益高。
Copper and copper alloy plate,sheet and strip are fundamental material in many industrial sectors of a country's economy. With the development of the country's economy and the reshuffling of market consuming products' structure, the new consuming applications have brought an ever-increasing demand on more and more high precision copper and copper alloy plate,sheet and strip. Therefore, the development of high precision copper and copper alloy plate,sheet and strip' has become a priority in order to meet the market requirement.
    Presently most of the copper and copper alloy processing enterprises in this country, are draggled in the technology and equipment, smaller in production scale, and irrationality in product variety. The throughput of high precision products can't meet the ever-increasing demands from many industries, A great deal of high precision products have to be imported. To solve this problem, therefore, the design and research of modern advanced hot breakdown rolling process plays a important role for restructuring copper and copper alloy plate, sheet and strip and answering the market needs for high precision copper and copper alloy plate, sheet and strip.
    With reference to the developing trend in processing technology domestic and abroad, and by studying the market demands for variety and quality, in this application, the author proposes a main prepare method of big cold rolling stock that induction melting, continuous/semi-continuous casting big slab and hot breakdown rolling. After the hot rolling, the material is to be further reduced by cold rough rolling and finish rolling. The process route is: melting/casting big slab, hot rolling, cold breakdown rolling
    
    
    and cold finishing rolling, and final processing. The total capacity of this project is 60kt/a. Some extra space is planned also for future development.
    Following the states' industry policy and the market demand domestic and abroad , the project is a high precision copper and copper alloy plate, sheet and strip producting line with transformer strip as its leading product, adopting advanced and mature production technics, with equipment reaching or adjacence world advanced level ,the product quality accords with international standard, and with high economical efficiency.
