数字保存系统风险管理研究

摘要
数字保存系统又称为数字仓储系统,其保存内容是信息资源数字化的产品或原生型数字资源,或这两种类型的复合。数字保存系统的基本价值在于:提供值得用户信任的数字资源存取能力,确保数字资源的质量,并有利于数字资源的开发利用。将风险管理的理论和方法引入到数字保存系统,有利于管理数字保存系统中存在着的形形色色的风险,提高数字保存系统的质量和服务水平。本文共分为四部分。首先是对数字保存风险管理研究意义和研究现状的分析。其次是对风险和数字保存系统风险的概念定义和界定。第三部分介绍了风险管理和数字保存风险管理。本文的第四部分是全文的主体。按照风险管理的基本流程,将数字保存系统风险管理分为风险识别、风险评估和风险应对分别论述。风险管理的每一部分都不是孤立存在的,而是紧密联系的,任何一个环节的失误,都有可能导致风险管理的失败。
