常见食物中毒应急处置中毒物质质谱快速筛选确证辅助信息系统构架探索

摘要
背景:
     尽管当今科学技术的发展已到了相当高的水平,但在保证食品的安全性问题上,不管是发展中国家还是发达国家,都面临着严峻的挑战。而不明原因的突发性食物中毒事件对社会和个人都造成了巨大的危害,而及时有效的确认中毒原因对处理此类事件有实质性意义。
     因此开发主要包含,基于色谱质谱联用技术的未知化合物确认方法内容的“未知毒物筛选检验信息平台”——《常见食物中毒应急处置中毒物质质谱快速筛选确证辅助信息系统》,是在中国国情下针对快速毒物定性筛选系统概念的一次有意义的实践活动。
     目的:
     开发一个可以在食物中毒事件应急处置中利用质谱技术快速确证引起中毒物质的辅助信息系统,用于辅助快速查明中毒起因,以期最大限度的降低食物中毒事件的社会不良影响。
     方法:
     根据当今食物中毒事件处置新特点,在开发系统平台的探索过程中,本文完成了如下的工作。
     1.对国内外与公共卫生事件、食物中毒事件等相关事件有关的应急处置信息系统的发展现状信息进行了研究。
     2.深入了解质谱图数据的产生原理,以及数据存储特点,并研究食物中毒物质质谱图与未知物质谱图的匹配的算法,并提出了新算法。
     3.筛选和整理出国内最常见的能引起食物中毒的毒物资料。并对其进行分类整理,设计好毒物信息存储逻辑框架,并收集和完善所涉及的信息。
     4.了解现有的计算机信息技术、数据库平台技术、化学信息学等学科中与本课题有关的技术,并利用其完成信息平台软硬件构架方面的建设。
     5.把分类收集好的毒物资料录入网络数据库信息平台系统,最后还对信息平台的可用性进行了确认,以保证其能发挥课题目标中的预期功能。
     结果:
     初步完成了常见食物中毒应急处置中毒物质质谱快速筛选确证辅助信息系统构架的软硬件建设,并录入了近100种毒物信息,用户可以通过不同的检索条件来查询毒物的各种信息。系统提供通过中毒症状检索毒物种类,以及通过质谱图比对检索毒物种类的功能。同时系统还可以提供毒物的实验室检测方法,以及应急救治流程等信息。
Background:
     Although the development of science and technology today has reached a considerable level, but in ensuring food safety issues, both developing and developed countries are facing severe challenges. Sudden unexplained cases of food poisoning causing the community and individuals a great harm, but recognize the cause of poisoning is important to deal with such incidents。
     Therefore, the development a "unknown toxicological screening test supporting information platform"-"Supporting information system for use Mass Spectrometry rapid screening toxic substances in emergency food poisoning incident ", is a meaningful practice of concept for rapid screening system for poison under the conditions in China
     Objective:
     Development a Supporting information system for use Mass Spectrometry rapid screening toxic substances in emergency food poisoning incident, using for supporting confirm the causes of poisoning, in order to reduction of adverse effects of food poisoning incidents in the community.
     Methods:
     According to the new characteristics of today's treatment of food poisoning, information systems developed in this paper completed the following work.
     Study the emergency information system status which related to food poisoning event at home and abroad, analysis the features of those systems.
     Understanding the principles of mass data production、storage, and on this basis, study the new mass compare algorithm to improve the accuracy of judging the unknown poison。
     Filtering and sorting out the most common toxic materials can cause food poisoning. And to classify them, design a proper poison information storage logical framework, and collecting the necessary information.
     Learn computer information technology, database platform technology, chemical informatics and other disciplines related to this project, using those technology to complete the construction of the platform.
     Entry the toxicological data into the system, finally the availability of the information platform was confirmed to ensure that project can play its expected functions.
     Result:
     Initially completed the hardware and software structure of "Surpporting information system for use Mass Spectrometry rapid screening toxic substances in emergency food poisoning incident" and nearly one hundred of poison's information was entered, the user can searching various kinds of toxic substance information by different searching conditions. System providing the function of search toxic substance by mass spectrum of toxic species, and the function of searching the toxic substance by toxic symptom. At the same time the system can also provide laboratory testing methods for toxic substance, and emergency rescue procedures and other information for toxic substance.
