基于STRUTS的在线答疑系统的研究与设计

摘要
随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,当前的教育资源紧缺与广大人民群众日益增长的教育需求之间的矛盾逐渐增大,虽然国家逐年提高教育拨款,但是仍然存在较大的教育缺口。所以在当前形式下,如何提高现有教育资源的利用率,充分发挥网络教学的潜力就成为摆在教育工作者面前的瓶颈问题。所谓“师者,所以传道授业解惑者也”。答疑解惑是知识传播之中的关键一环,如何解除人们在学习中所遇到的问题就成为教学工作中至关重要的一个组成部分。在传统的教育背景下,答疑工作通常是通过老师与学生一对一的沟通交流来完成的,电大和函授的推行虽然在一定程度上打破了教育空间的局限性,但是其普及程度远远不能与当前的经济形式相适应:同时其通过大众传媒作载体的传播途径就决定了其答疑内容的局限性;另外由于问题的复杂性,在答疑的时候不可能遇到完全一样的问题,别人遇到的问题往往和自己所面临的问题有或多或少的出入,因此通过电大和通讯来解答自己的问题常常难以切中要害;最后即便自己所遇到的问题已经有过解答,由于传统介质的落后,我们不可能轻而易举地查询到相应的信息。凡此种种都已经成为远程教育进一步发展的桎梏。幸运的是随着计算机技术的飞速发展加之计算机网络的兴起,一种新的基于网络技术的答疑系统成为了突破传统局限的利器。
     本文正是在当前的形势下,应用最新技术成果,开发的一种基于STRUTS的答疑系统,本系统采用了STRUTS、J2EE、MySQL数据库等相关技术,给出了一个完整的实现方案。用户可以通过浏览器进行浏览,在系统控制下从浏览器中检索或向服务器发送信息。应用层是由Web服务器和网络数据库组成。控制层采用了STRUTS技术,该技术是当前最成熟的服务器控制技术,有数以百计的公司和企业基于STRUTS技术开发网络插件,其安全性和可扩展性明显优于其他开发框架。
     本文详细阐述了在线答疑系统的开发背景、概念和各功能模块,介绍了整个系统的开发原理、总体规划、设计思想,实现的需求分析,数据结构设计与实现,同时也对基于阈值的智能答疑系统进行了探索。
With dramatic development of state economy, the contradiction between lack of educational resources and increasing education demand from people is gradually obvious, however, appropriate funds used in education presented by the nation, there is still large gap to education cost. Therefore, currently, the difficulty encountered by educators is how to improve the utilization of education resources result in completely releasing the potential of Internet. There is saying that a teacher is who do teaching, and clarifying doubts . Clarifying doubts is the key section in education, accordingly, how to solve the problems met by people in the learning process is the most important part of education. In the context of traditional education, the answering task is usually accomplished by the way of communication between teacher and student, though the limitation of education is broken by TV college and correspondence, its popularization is not fit to the situation of economy; at the same time, there are some limitation in content for answering determined by its spreading on popular media; moreover, due to existing complicate problems, it is impossible to get the same problem among those correspondence students---the problems encountered by one is more or less different from encountered by other one—so, it is hard to hit point to study by TV or correspondence. Finally, even if there are many answers of problems, we can not attain the information about problems easily because of dated communication media. All of these have blocked the steps of education improvement. Fortunately, with the development of computer network, a novel powerful tool—answering system online has broken through the bottle neck of way of traditional education.
     This paper just in the current situation, with the up-to-date technological achievements, develops the answering system based on STRUCTS, which adopts STRUTS, J2EE,MySql database and other relevant technologies and present the complete implementation plan. The system can provide user with browsing, searching and sending messages to server in the browser. The application layer of the system is comprised of web server and database, and control layer implemented by STRUTS, witch is the most well-rounded server technology, supported by hundreds of companies and whose security and scalability are superior to other development frames.
     The paper describes the details of answering system online, consists of development background, relevant concepts and functional blocks, development principles of the system, overall planning design idea, implementation demand analysis. Moreover, intelligent answering system based on threshold is explored in this papwr.
