FMC环境下用户数据库设计及移动性管理策略研究

摘要
随着固网智能化的成功实施以及3G网络的建成,今后网络上将存在多种网络的用户数据库,这样分散的用户数据在不同的网络中,不仅增加了用户数据维护的复杂性,而且也不利于跨网络业务的灵活开展个性化和定制化,建立跨越不同网络平台的用户信息和无缝服务。基于这个层面上来讲,建立综合的用户数据库是FMC的必然要求。但从整体上看,目前各个网络的用户数据十分复杂,真正实现所有网络用户数据的统一管理还需要进行进一步的探讨和研究。
     同时,用户的移动性管理是用户数据库中非常重要的数据。由于移动通信的移动特性,如何有效地跟踪移动台并快速有效地与移动台建立通信,即移动性管理问题成为移动通信发展中最迫切和最具挑战性的问题之一。
     本课题主要工作如下:
     1.分析比较各网络环境下的数据库,提出综合用户数据库整体设计方案,其中主要负责对综合用户数据库中控制功能模块HCF进行设计。
     2.对综合用户数据库应用进行研究,分析相关新业务流程。
     3.研究现有移动性策略,包括Super-charger,Group Registration策略,前转指针,位置缓存,用户归档等策略,对各种策略进行分析比较,阐述其优缺点。
     论文章节安排:
     第一章:介绍课题研究背景,目前对综合用户数据库的应用经验;
     第二章:综合数据库的需求分析,同时介绍融合HLR的发展思路;
     第三章:介绍SDHLR网络架构,参与SDHLR整体方案设计;详细阐述实际负责的HCF模块,说明HCF的设计与实现。
     第四章:研究SDHLR提供的丰富的业务功能,分析其业务流程,同时提出SDHLR针对PHS网络智能化改造的方案;
     第五章:引出移动性管理概念,对目前的几种移动性管理策略进行分析比较;
     第六章:工作总结及展望。
With the successful implementation of intelligent, as well as the completion of 3G networks ,the future network will exist multiple network user database. This decentralized user data in different networks, which not only increased the user the complexity of the data maintenance, but also not conducive to cross-network flexibility. And It is not good for providing seamless service for different users. Based on this, the establishment of a comprehensive database of users is the inevitable requirement for NGN. However, as a whole, all the current database for networks are very complex, the real achievement of all users in the unified management will need for further exploration and study.
     How to trace mobile stations efectively and how to establish the communication with then rapidly ,i.e. mobility management, has become one of the most challenge topics in mobile system .To establish a kind of rational, efective and optimized mobility management schema are one of most important subject.
     This topic focus on :
     1. Compare with the the database under the network environment,provide a overall desigh for the comprehensive database(SDHLR),and responsible for the design for the multi-protocol module-HCF.
     2. Research the rich business functions SDHLR provided, analyze their business processes.
     3. Analyze the current research of the mobilitymanagement strateges, Super-charger, Group Registration, ,Forward pointer,and so on.
     Chapter 1: Describe the research background of the topic, the current userdatabase application experience.
     Chapter 2: Analyze the demand for a comprehensive database and integrationHLR on the development ideas.
     Chapter 3: Describe SDHLR network infrastructure, participate in SDHLR theHigh_lever design; elaborate on the responsible module-HCF.
     Chapter 4: Research the rich business functions SDHLR provided, analyze theirbusiness processes,and proposed intelligent network transformationresolvent;
     Chapter 5:give theintroduction of mobility management and also analyze thecurrent research of the mobilitymanagement strateges, compare them.
     Chapter 6: Summary and Outlook.
