导弹故障诊断定位及维修支持系统研制

摘要
随着网络通信的不断发展以及武器装备的日益复杂,传统的自动测试系统开始向着分布式体系、通用化结构的方向不断发展。同时,具备故障诊断定位以及维修支持功能的武器装备保障及通用化测试系统也越来越受到人们的重视。本课题的目的在于利用虚拟试验支撑平台研制出新一代的导弹故障诊断定位及维修支持系统。
     本系统的硬件采用VXI总线系统,选取了若干种覆盖了当前及未来一段时间内导弹故障诊断及维修需要的仪器资源,并设计了单元适配器来实现对不同被测对象的通用测试。在软件设计中以虚拟试验支撑平台作为开发框架。为实现测试任务与测试程序的分离,将测试任务以数据库为载体独立存储;测试任务中测试流程的设计支持跳转、终止、条件判断等多种执行顺序,故障判定的设计支持故障量与逻辑关系的综合使用;采用组件技术将测试流程读取解析部分与每一个仪器设备的控制部分均单独封装为组件,不仅可以联合组建测试工程,而且每一部分均可独立使用,最大程度的方便了使用者;将VXI模块驱动与VISA标准库引入设备组件的开发,实现了在MFC框架内对VXI设备的控制;在利用虚拟试验支撑平台分布式体系结构特性的基础上,实现了网络传输进行远程故障诊断及维修支持的功能。本课题最终在visual studio 2005集成开发环境下成功设计了完整的软件。
     经过单元测试和系统测试两级测试表明,本系统具有较强的通用性和扩展性,实现了任务书中所提出的设计要求及性能指标。同时软件运行可靠,用户界面友好,能够很好的满足用户对新一代导弹故障诊断定位及维修支持系统的需求。
As the network communication develops and the weapon tested complicates, the traditional ATS(automatic test system) begins to turn to the direction of distributed architecture and universal frame. Meanwhile, the system with fault diagnosis and maintenance support is drawing more and more attention. The purpose of the task is to develop a new generation of the system for fault diagnosis and maintaince of missile based on virtual test supporting platform.
     The hardware of the system is based on VXI bus, and several most useful instrument modules are selected. The unit adapter enables different UUT(Unit under Test) is designed. To separate the test mission and test program, the test mission is stored in the database independently; The test flow program supports the jump, end and condition judge operation function, and the fault diagnosis combines the fault variables with their logical relationship; The test mission analysis and every equipment control are capsulated in components, and not only can they combine to construct a project, but also every one of them can run independently; The driver of the instrument module and the function of VISA are imported, which achieves the goal of controlling VXI in MFC; The distributed architecture of the platform is utilized to support network communication, which enable the function of remote fault diagnosis maintenance support. The whole software system is developd successfully under the environment of visual studio 2005.
     After unit testing and system testing,it has shown that the system has strong versatility and extensibility to achieve the design requirements and performance target put forward by the design book. At the same time, the software is reliable, user-friendly, and could satisfy the need for a new generation of the system for fault diagnosis and maintenance of missile to the user.
