西北中小城镇中心区公共空间研究

摘要
西北地区的中小城镇一般历史比较悠久，查阅其历史沿革都可追溯到上千年。其中心区是城镇发展过程中长期形成的最古老地区，通常既是城镇商业中心，集中了主要商业、文化设施，也具有行政管理的性质，是一个以商业零售功能为主，兼有居住、文化、金融及小型工业等多种活动的综合区。
其中心区公共空间作为全镇居民的活动核心和对外窗口，是城镇建设的重中之重，对中小城镇的吸引力和稳定性产生重要影响。促使公共空间环境建设向着生态平衡与持续发展的高品味升华，既是加快中小城镇城市化进程、撤县设市过程的必需，也是配合当前西部大开发整体战略的要求。
论文着眼于西北中小型历史文化城镇中心区公共空间的现实状况，探索适宜于西北中小城镇中心区公共空间的经济对策、规划设计方法和实施管理措施，从持续发展的角度出发，以高效集约化为原则，重视环境质量和城镇建设的综合效益。试图建立一套“适宜于西北中小型历史文化城镇中心区公共空间的设计方法”。
本论文的重点是应用实践篇。主要结合实际项目，从微观角度用解剖麻雀的方法对陕西省蒲城县中心区文化休闲广场进行设计思考，先是通过对设计背景的调查研究提出需要解决的问题，确定设计目标；接下来分析中心区文化休闲广场的物质环境、自然生态、社会文化、活动支持这四个具体操作层面；最后阐明广场建设的实施策略。
The middle-small citys in northwest China usually have a long story that can be dated beyond thousand years. Their downtown centers are the oldest area shaped during long-term development of the whole towns. Not only have played a role as commercial center in which the main commercial and cultural facilities were concentrated, but also have got administer function responsible for the whole town. They are comprehensive areas with major function as retail business and some other functions such as residence, cultural activities, financial activities and small-scale industries.
As a kernel connecting activities of the residents and a window to outside world, the public space of downtown center is the key issue in construction plan of the town. The development will affect the town's attraction and stability significantly. Hence, the promotion of the public space's environment construction towards the aim of ecological balance and sustainable development is necessary to accelerate the urbanization process and the change of county into city. This issue is also the demand of a whole strategy to develop the western part of China.
Focused on the current situation of the public space of downtown centrer in historic cultural middle-small towns in northwest China, this paper explored the economical strategy, the methods of planning and design, and management measures which would be suitable for the development of public space in central districts of middle-small sized towns in northwest China. From the perspective of sustainable development, this paper tried to advance a set of ideas and methodology on the design, which fit the public space planning of downtown centrer of middle-small citys in northwest China, on the basis of effective intensive principle and recognition of the environment quality and comprehensive benefit.
The keystone of this paper is to emphasize the applied and concrete meaning. Combined with realistic subject, the design about the cultural and recreational plaza of downtown center in Pucheng County in Shaanxi Province has been pondered from micro-angle. At first, by investigation on the design background, the problems needed to be resolve was put forward and the aim of the design was confirmed. Secondly, four specific operating aspects of the plaza-material environment, natural ecology, social culture and activity supporting-were analyzed. Finally, this paper clarified the implementing strategy of the construction of the plaza.
其中心区公共空间作为全镇居民的活动核心和对外窗口，是城镇建设的重中之重，对中小城镇的吸引力和稳定性产生重要影响。促使公共空间环境建设向着生态平衡与持续发展的高品味升华，既是加快中小城镇城市化进程、撤县设市过程的必需，也是配合当前西部大开发整体战略的要求。
