基于服务架构的模具企业信息系统集成平台关键技术研究

摘要
近年来,模具企业不断推进信息化建设和应用,提升企业的竞争力,增强企业的业务灵活性、生产质量和管理水平。然而由于企业自身认识水平的限制和IT技术力量的薄弱,企业在进行信息化配置时只考虑各部门的使用需求,很少考虑到信息的共享和应用系统间的集成,从而导致这些系统之间的信息无法共享、流程无法整合,也无法提供随需应变的业务服务。基于面向服务架构的企业应用集成技术能为企业提供了一种灵活、松散耦合的集成方式,用来实现企业范围内的信息和流程集成。为此,本文结合模具企业信息系统应用集成的需求,针对模具企业设计、制造、管理的特点,深入研究了面向服务架构的模具企业信息系统应用集成平台关键技术。
     本文针对国内模具企业应用集成现状和需求调研,分析总结出面向服务架构的模具企业信息系统集成平台的架构,并在此基础上从模具企业信息集成和流程集成两个方面探讨了应用集成平台的关键实现技术。首先,结合模具企业的信息集成现状及存在的问题,提出了基于事件驱动ESB(Enterprise Service Business,企业服务总线)的信息集成框架,分析了基于事件驱动的ESB信息集成原理和关键实现技术;然后,研究了如何使用基于BPEL(Business Process Execution Language,业务流程执行语言)的业务流程管理技术来解决模具企业的业务流程集成中存在的问题,并由此提出了基于BPEL的业务流程集成解决方案;最后,基于面向服务架构、ESB、BPEL等核心技术,实现了模具企业信息系统集成平台的功能,初步为模具设计、制造、管理提供了一个灵活的、可伸缩的、可客户化定制的应用集成平台。
In recent years, various information systems have been widely adopted by die & mould enterprises to improve competitive strength in terms of business flexibility, quality and management. However, due to the limitation of cognition ability and the weakness of IT infrastructure, computer-aided systems were introduced by die & mould enterprises to satisfy the demands for specified departments, whereas with little attention to information sharing and application integration among systems, which in turns fail to achieve sharing of information and process and impossibly gain on-demand business process. Fortunately, enterprise application integration based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) makes it true to provide a flexible and loosely-coupled integration platform for enterprise-wide information and process communication. To this end, the key points in the die & mould enterprises application integration platform based on SOA are deep studied in this paper, with the integration needs and features for design, manufacturing and management parts.
     In this paper, a novel integration framework based on SOA is proposed to address the current integration problems which are obtained on a survey of twelve domestic die & mould enterprises. Meanwhile two main aspects of the enterprises application integration, which are the information integration and the process integration, have been deep discussed in this paper. Firstly, it analyses the information integration demands among the enterprises, poses an event-driven Enterprise Service Business (ESB) information integration framework and then presents the key technologies of the framework. Secondly, the process integration part aims to deal with the process sharing issues for mold making companies and establishes the business process integration solutions based on Business Process Execution Language (BPEL). Finally this paper reveals the functionalities and system implements of the enterprise application integration platform through SOA, ESB and BPEL which provides a preliminary, flexible, scalable and customized integration platform for design, manufacturing and management parts.
